Where are Family Homes Located
Our family homes are spread across Kentucky, each with its own unique personality, focus and layout. Our team is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of each resident, and we pride ourselves on providing an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
What Does a Family Home Provider Do?
The responsibilities of a Family Home Provider vary depending on the level of support required by the individual. Examples of support include assistance with bathing, transportation, scheduling and attending appointments, household tasks, behavior supports and other activities of daily living. All Family Home Providers are trained by Bridges of Kentucky to ensure they are competent in completing the daily record keeping required by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Bridges of Kentucky’s family homes are all monitored closely and we ensure that each consumer is receiving the highest level of care.
What Support Does Bridges Offer?

- 24 hr on call service

- Room and board based on individual social security amounts paid out with no percentage taken out from Bridges of Kentucky
